The car reservation screen will be activated every Thursday from 19:00.
One ID can be used to reserve one ticket each for traveling to and from work. Duplicate reservations will be canceled.
Actual boarding and arrival times may vary due to traffic and inclement weather.
Shuttle reservations are only available for the date and boarding time selected when booking.
Shuttle reservations can be booked on the same day as long as they are available up until the boarding time.
Reservations can only be canceled up to 10 minutes before the boarding time, so please take this into consideration when making a same-day reservation.
All vehicles depart on time. Please arrive at the pickup location at least 5 minutes before boarding the shuttle bus.
Please wear your seat belt to prevent accidents due to sudden acceleration and sudden stops.
Eating and drinking is prohibited inside the shuttle to minimize inconvenience to other passengers.
If the shuttle bus is delayed due to traffic conditions, you can check the vehicle location and announcements through the Hello Bus app.

To cancel a reservation, click on the details of the event in the top right menu [My Bookings] on the homepage and click the Cancel button.
